Recipes Of The Month
Cucumber Basil Mezcalita
Ingredients:
2oz Dos Hombres Mezcal
0.5oz St. Germain Liqueur
1oz Cointreau
1oz Lime Juice
1 Small Diced Cucumber
Glassware: Rocks Glass
Garnish: Basil Leaves & Lime Wedge
Preparation: Add cucumber, basil leaves, lime juice and Cointreau to shaker & muddle. Add Mezcal & St. Germain. Shake for 20 seconds. Strain and garnish with lime wedge and basil leaves.
The Palate Paloma
Ingredients:
2oz Palate Vodka
2oz Grapefruit Juice
2oz Tonic Water
2oz Lime Juice
Glassware: Rocks Glass
Garnish: Grapefruit Slice & Lime Wedge
Preparation: Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Strain into glass with ice & garnish with grapefruit slice and lime wedge.
Whiskey Smash
Ingredients:
2oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon
2oz Simple Syrup
1/4 Lemon
5 Spearmint Leaves
Glassware: Old Fashioned Glass
Garnish: Mint Sprig
Preparation: Add mint and lemon to cocktail shaker & muddle thoroughly. Add simple syrup and whiskey & fill shaker with ice. Shake for 30 seconds and strain into glass. Garnish with mint.
