Phil — your spirit master
Phil runs the shop with a crew that knows the inventory bottle by bottle. Ask about a hard-to-find bourbon and you'll get a straight answer: whether it's on the shelf, when it's coming, or what to drink instead in the meantime.
That's really the whole idea — friendly, competitive and a little unusual. If you don't see something you want, tell us and we'll order it for you.
